General
A minimum of 20 people is required.
Groups may rent the facilities from late April to mid June and then again from just after Labor Day in September until the end of October.
Supervision
Groups must be responsible for the overall safety of each individual and must maintain appropriate supervision at
all times. The Group Coordinators reserve the right to request a group to leave the grounds if a group
appears to have difficulty supervising their participants.
Registration Process
Tentative reservations may be made over the telephone.
After you have received the appropriate paperwork by mail, you will have thirty (30) days to return a signed Group License agreement and a $100 Registration Deposit (non-refundable- applied to the cost of your stay.)
Your reservation is not confirmed until these two items have been received at CCSC.
To complete your reservation, you must return the completed Group Registration Form and 50% partial payment no later than three (3) weeks before your arrival date; failure to do so may result in canceling your registration.
License Reserve Fee Deposit
Upon arrival a separate License Reserve Fee Deposit, credit card, cash or check, is required which will be 15% of your estimated bill.
The License Reserve Fee Deposit is held for any damage to the property as indicated in the Group License.
Should there be no damage to any buildings, facility or equipment, the full License Reserve Fee Deposit will be returned.
Payment Policy
All monies for services rendered are due upon departure, less the Registration Deposit and 50% partial payment.
Payment may be made with Master Card, VISA and Discover credit cards, as well as check or cash.
Check In and Check Out
Check in is anytime after 3:00 on the day of arrival.
(Early check in only available with advance permission of the manager.)
Check out time is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Cancellations
A three (3) week notice of cancellation is required or you will be billed in full as indicated on the signed group license and Group Registration Form.
The Group Coordinators reserve the right to cancel reservations due to severe weather or for individuals or groups not abiding by the rules, regulations and policies of CCSC.
Pets
Absolutely no pets are permitted.
