Bar Setup & Room Use

Bar Setup

 $100 - Includes ice, cups, napkins, wine & beer openers, coolers, covered bar table, and setup of the bar. **

Room Use

 $150 Building Rental Charge (Includes 4 hour use of building)

Bar Setup is an optional cost, the Cape Cod Sea Camps does NOT provide alcohol or bartenders for events.

Meal Price & Facility Charge Includes: Exclusive four (4) hour use of one of our function buildings, setup with standard disposable tablecloths, plates, napkins, & silverware. Lobster crackers are included for Clambakes.

  • There is a $150 Building Rental Charge for all Single Events
  • Meal charges are based on 4 hours of room use. After the 4 hours of use there will be a minimum charge of $100 per hour for additional usage.
  • Pricing above is for events held within the CCSC Dining Hall, Boathouse, or Art Center only – Programs on CCSC grounds besides a meal may incur a daily facility use charge.
  • 7% MA meals tax will be added to the bill unless a tax exempt number is provided.

  • We can cater to special dietary needs, allergy concerns, and food requests. Our kitchen staff strives to provide a “nut free” dining hall menu. Considerable effort is made to check ingredient labels to select appropriate foods to serve.

Due to our large volume of regular group rentals using our facilities, CCSC cannot host exclusive use weddings at this time.
