Meal Plans
The dining hall is available to serve groups of 20
people or more.
During your stay here, you can choose any or all of the
following meals:
BREAKFAST
Our breakfasts include a hot entree such as Scrambled Eggs and Bacon, or Pancakes and Sausages.
All breakfasts also include various Cereals, Fruits,
Toast/Bagels/English Muffins, Juices, Coffee, Tea and Milk.
LUNCH
The hot entree at our lunches includes items like Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Veggie Burgers with French Fries or a
Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Soup and Crackers. There is also an alternative option of a Deli Sandwich bar with cold cut meats, cheeses, and usually a
specialty chicken or tuna salad option. All lunches also include a Salad Bar, a Dessert Bar and
Juices.
BOX LUNCH
Box Lunches can be made ahead of time for your group to take on off campus for a field trip or lunch on the go, they are prepared by
our kitchen staff and include the following:
A meat sandwich or veggie sandwich, a bag of Chips (or similar), a
piece of Fresh Fruit, a rice crispies treat (or similar) and water and juice box.
DINNER
All of our dinners consist of a hot entree, Salad Bar, Dessert Bar and a Beverage Bar (with Milk, Coffee and Tea.
The hot entrees might be Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Green Peas; or Baked Chicken, Rice and Corn; or Spaghetti with Meatballs and Garlic Bread. All our dinners also
have a alternative option of either pasta and marinara sauce or deli sandwiches
CLAMBAKES
Our menu includes Homemade Clam Chowder, Cole Slaw,
Steamers, Mussels, Red Bliss Potatoes, Linguica, Corn on the
Cob, 1 lb. Lobster or 10oz New York Strip Steak, Roasted Chicken, Butter, Bread,
Watermelon, Juices, Coffee, and Tea.

Notes:
The
CCSC Kitchen can cater to individuals special dietary
needs, allergy concerns, and food requests.
Our kitchen staff
strives to provide a nut free dining hall menu.
Considerable effort is made to check ingredient labels
to select appropriate foods to serve.
Please note any special diet concerns on the appropriate
Group Registration Form. Our Food Service Director must
know well in advance to be able to order the correct
food ahead of time.
Chartwells takes a lot of pride in providing menu
selections that reflect nutritional expertise and
response to changing dining trends. We encourage
feedback from groups regarding comments or suggestions
for our dining service
6.25% MA meals tax will
be added to the bill unless a copy of the tax exempt
certificate with your Tax ID # is sent to us.
