The CCSC campus is located on Cape Cod Bay in Brewster, MA, just 90 minutes from Boston.
We offer 50 acres of prime Cape Cod real estate with 1000 feet of shoreline directly on Cape Cod Bay. There are a wide range of housing options, good food, meeting spaces and athletic facilities. These are offered in a rustic setting and at reasonable rates.
The housing options include heated and unheated cabins and dormitories as well as some small private cottages. Most buildings have bathrooms in the building and many buildings have showers in them as well. All our facilities are well maintained by our maintenance and repair staff as well as our laundry and cleaning staff.
There are a number of indoor meeting spaces of different sizes as well as the "Pavilion" (a roofed open building) which seats 150. The dining hall acts as our largest indoor meeting space and can seat more than 300 people.
The athletic facilities include tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, expansive fields and, of course, the glorious beachfront where our sunsets are the best kept secret on Cape Cod.
