Our Staff

Garran Peterson – Associate Director

Garran is our Associate Director of Group Rentals at CCSC and a fourth generation member of the Delehanty family who started the business over 85 years ago. Garran grew up at camp and has always been a part of the camp and began working full time in 2004 as our Group Host Manager. In 2008 he accepted the position of Associate Director and began managing the day-to-day activities and financial reporting of of the seasonal camp rental business. During the summer Garran directs our Sailing Program.

Christina Quirk Peterson – Manager

Christina is also a life long camper and staff member at CCSC. She joined us full time in 2008 and helps to manage the seasonal camp rental business along with helping to run our Day Camp program during the summer months.

Brian Holmes – Food Service Director

Brian has been working at camp since 2000 as our Food Service Director when CCSC contracted with the Chartwells Dining Services Company. Over his tenure Brian has helped to increase food and menu selections, incorporate special dietary needs such as vegitarian options and allergy concerns and has greatly expanded our dining hall services. Brian, along with his wife Sandy and son Derek and other family help to keep our kitchen running and are a wonderful asset to CCSC. They always strive to find new ways to improve upon our food service year after year.

Derek Holmes – Associate Director of Food Services

Derek also works for the Chartwells Dining Services Company and has been with us at CCSC since 2000. Derek has worked his way up the ranks has continued to take on more responsibility each year. Today Derek fills the role of Associate Director of Food Services and helps manage the kitchen alongside Brian.
